its good to hear that you are travelling in our country. Yeah everest base camp trek is great.
as you are backpacking in Everest Base Camp which i find is difficult for you. As it is the peak hour you may suffer from various difficulties. As it is strenious trek. Anyway best of luck.

That's gonna be a perfect tour for you surely. It's the high time for a travel in this region. The weather is superb then. No rain, Not so Cold, Not so Hot. I was there last year that time!
It is an amazing area you are going to, I did a similar trip 18 months ago except Nepal first and then 3 months in India.
Where a bouts are you starting from and which way are you getting into Nepal? There are some amazing national parks if you are traveling from the west through to Varanasi. The are a good spot to chill for a few days away from all the chaos that is India (don’t worry, it is a good thing). the Two parks that were a real stand out for me were Ken River (I camped at the Ken River Lodge), it is not far from Khajuraho and its famed erotic temples, and then Bandhagarh N.P. It is here that is is your best bet to see wild tigers, absolutely incredible!!!
On your way into Nepal, if you can, I would recommend stopping at Chitwan N.P. there is a chilled out little village and plenty of opportunities to to game drive, walks and go on the hunt to spot the one-horned rhino.
On your way to Kathmandu there is also a place called Royal Beach Camp, if you are into white water rafting and kayaking the guys here were great!
And then of course there is always Pokhara, it is the starting point for trekking Annapurna, a little out of the way but definitely worth the vista.
Generally though, once you get use to dealing with rickshaw drivers and taxis, getting around the cities in India is not really that tough. You can usually negotiate a hourly rate and a “sort of route”, you’ll always get taken somewhere to see the local crafts, but don’t feel pressured to by, they are just trying to make a bit of commission and don’t get offended when you decline.
