Hi Kapper, there's no way specifically to achieve the copy to another trip of your own, but there would be a roundabout way.
If you create a new account and go to view the trip on your kapperslog account, you will see an option there to "Copy to own" . So click on that to copy the trip to your other account. This is designed for people who are inspired by someone else's trip, etc. Then in that other account you will be able to edit the trip as needed, cutting it down and so on.
You can then log back in to your kapperslog account and go to your new account's trip page and copy the modified trip back to your kapperslog account.
It's not really what the system was designed to do, but it should work for you.
On your other points
- Following the roads is on our wish list also
- Will need to investigate the zooming issue. That sounds like an oversight.
