Being accused of blackmail by B&B owner
If you have serious issues with any business/establishment - especially in the tourist service industry and especially if it's a privately run business - then I think it's only fair and honest to voice your concerns at the time. Posting on the Internet later when the owner has zero opportunity to correct matters would royally piss me off too.
That said, if the circumstances as you posted them are true then you're worrying about nothing.
