Just a to some work I saw on a news site. Not a promo I hope (I don't know the photographer) just really impressed with the subject matter. Something to fire up the imagination of travelers anywhere I thought. Certainly got me thinking. Anyway ... thought I should post it.
Indeed, these are impressive pictures made by the best Belgian portrait photographer, Stephan Vanfleteren.
As a Belgian, I have some knowledge of the history and the present situation of DR Congo, so I'm sure each picture will have its own story...
