I am citizen of Belarus. Working on the cruise ship. I'm on vacation now, want to get B2 visa together with my C1D. don't have much time (got info that I need to wat till september to get it in Moscow). Can I got to Warsaw or St Petersburg (Russia) to get is faster? I have return ticket on August 13th. Will I have to be personally present for my interview (when I get my C1D in Moscow, interview is not needed).
