Hello all,
I'm not sure on the actual regulations, but I entered and exited Argentina multiple times over a longer than 90 day period on the 90 day visa waiver/border stamp and had no problems. They gave me a new 90 day period each time I entered....
yup, they just post a new 90 day stamp each time. technically, unless you have a residence permit for a particular country, you are not allowed to spend more than 180 days in a year in it, but they never check, especially if you travel a lot and have a passport full of stamps.
Thanks for that guys. Its what I hoped. 180 days is 6 months isnt it? We'll not be spending that long in Argentina so all is well.

So jealous! I love Argentina And, what it's worth, I've had the same experiences- and each time they've seemed positively disinterested in my passport anyway. Quick look, stamp, next person. Enjoy!
Hi don´t worry, Argentina is a flexible country regarding inmigration -that´s why we are a mixied salad of many cultures- so you won´t have trouble. Perhaps you´ll have a to pay an extra charge at the airport while you are leaving, but it must not cost more than 10 dollars.
Have a nice trip

Hi everyone,
I guess you would be from the UK, USA or a country where you can get a visa at the border.
I am from Egypt and planning a similar trip but I have th get my 90 day visa from Egypt and not at the airport (not allowed to). Is it possible to extend my visa in Argentina before exiting, so that when I come back later after the original 90 days I would still have a valid visa??
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Seif
Is it possible to extend
