A small budget, to all those places - albeit on a coach? I think it unlikely. The coach tour alone will cost a lot of cash, then youm have to think about spending money and visas etc.
My suggestion would be to have a look at the budget airlines in Europe and sort out a few one way tickets from one country to another. Once you land, there will be a hostel or 1* hotel not far from the airport and buses will get you within walking distance of them.
That will work out much cheaper than a coach trip to all the places you mention.

Even if you only visit one city in each of the countries you name, you'll spend 19 days in the bus, and for most of these distances that's really a full day in the bus, with no time left over on either end to experience much of anything of the destination. 19 days, out of a precious 51 available for this trip. That doesn't seem like a very good ratio to me. (Frequent long-distance travel is exhausting!) I'd cut at least half those countries from your proposed itinerary - preferably two-thirds - to allow you to see countries more in depth (there's so much more to see everywhere than just the one iconic city) and actually be able to say afterward that you experienced places, rather than lived inside a bus and made short stops which all blurred together.
