Euro Trip from Sep 6th to October 16th-Any Suggestions??

Any city where you're arriving on one day and leaving the next day (e.g. Riga, Bern, Brugge) is a city you're effectively not going to see. Constant travel is tiring, and you're not budgetting for the travel days. Cut out half the minor destinations from this itinerary and spread those days over the rest of your trip. It'll still be a really full itinerary then, but you might actually remember something of it afterward; something other than the inside of a train, that is.

Oops - just found it. Looks like a cracking route - to me.
Just goes to show how big Europe really is. So many think of it as that little corner of the world with lots of tiny countries, whereas in fact its bigger than the USA and Australia - and your trip is barely scraping the surface.
Nice plan you've worked out.

a bit much for 5 weeks. These distances are pretty far in some cases especially when you hit the east.
Id drop some of this, maybe Ireland. Save it for another time.

I agree with Sanders post.
