Assuming you wanted to use it for passage, wouldn't trying to use a fake certificate raise eyebrows with the authorities and land you in some trouble, possibly jail in a potentially hostile country?
Unless you're in love with the idea of being a car smuggler, it'd be easier to just go out and earn it.

Yes yess people i know its a stupid idea n alot of people wouldnt approve of such things.....but this is what alot of people might not know.......unlike us living in UK n having the ability to free trade with the world....its not quite the same in Pakistan, basically im trying to export a car over their, and it just isnt happening put it this way people i know n i know alot of people since my parents are from Pakistan, that have exported cars to pakistan via ships the right way, and their cars have been illegaly seized and or over charged on custom fees....i bet alot of people didnt no pakistans car custom fee is over 400% that value of the car.......that is the only country that dosnt have official custom Rules.....Rules in pakistan are different for individuals.........some of the Members on this forum understand very well what im talking about since they seen all the UK registerd cars that are seized in Quetta border.........Can anyone justify that,......People on here choose to drive overland anddddbring back theirs cars, what about the ones that want to leave their cars their....???????
I would only use the carnet in Pakistan...i would pay the dutys and fees that are viable in iran, because iran isnt so much the problem, Iran atleast lets the car enter without the carnet, Pakistan will probably seize/ or charge 100 times the value of the car.......hence why some of you lovely people who are gona travel their soon will see the UK registerd cars waiting for registration.......Registration which will never happen......Thats pakistan for ye.......Look into this people you will be disgusted....my friends have done it the Proper way and ther Range Rovers, BMW X5'S, Adi Q7'S, tOYOTA lANDCRUISERS ARE STUCK IN kARACHI Docs..........il Give You an example for the Audi Q7 they want Rs 80 Lakh.....in Uk currency thats about £78000....... in Custom Fees...will any of you nice people pay that kind of money......
