Is anyone going to oz on whv but under the budget of £3500?

My younger brother is currently in oz and left the UK with around £3000. He had a weeks activities planned in advance through a tour group in which he spent quite a chunk of this.
After the first week he looked for work where accommodation was included on the postit boards in hostels, I may be able to find out the contact for the first farm he stayed at should you want to ask them for work, maybe they still need help, or the hotel hes working at now (in miles I believe?)

best thing to do is contact hamilton island and work there best place ive ever worked and lived party all the time meet amazing people and also save so much cash and there is a job for everyone
