Hi, so i have this problem... i am planning a trip to thailand with my girlfriend who stays in china... right now i am in india...
You don't need a Travel Agency - especially an Indian or Chinese one. Thailand has been hosting budget travellers for decades, it's one of the absolutely easiest destinations for budget travellers on the planet.
Simply purchase airline tickets into Bangkok, hook up with your gal and arrange everything yourself. Believe me, it's not difficult. Start by purchasing a Lonely Planet and/or D&K Eyewitness guide book, Thailand is covered in great detail. If you still find it intimidating to arrange your own schedule then use a local Thai Agency.

Thanks for your reply Okay i will try to look things up. I visited china a few weeks ago... i felt better when i was with an agency rather than travelling alone cause there was simply too much language problem.

Remember, Thailand is arguably the easiest "foreign" destination on the planet for a budget traveller. Their tourist infrastructure is fabulous. Tens upon tens upon tens of millions of visitors have gone before you, it's a very well trodden path. A guide book will be an invaluable resource to start your research.
