Hi the johnsclan, what would you like feedback on specifically related to this trip?
Some of these locations are unusual for touristy stop-offs , but maybe you are visiting family on the way? Either way, that itinerary will certainly show you the sights of Victoria pretty well Only part it seems to be missing is the Grampians.

Thanks for that, yes still getting used to how this all works.
Yeah we are stopping into see a few family members hence yes a few stage places i wouldn't really visit otherwise!
Totally oversaw the grampians so will try make some stops around there too!
we originally were just going to the high country but it has just gotten bigger and bigger but we are still looking forward to it and seeing a lot more then first thought

On that drive from Torquay to Dargo, maybe consider catching the ferry from Queenscliff to Sorrento instead of driving through Melbourne.
It would make for a much more attractive and I think less stressful route. Might take slightly longer due to the ferry, but I think it would be worth it and if you consider the ferry trip a break from driving, then it's not much different in time.
