Is cost your only consideration or do you have any other criteria? Your profile states that you are in Kuwait - are you looking at the cheapest destination once there or does "cheap" include getting there and back too?

"Best in the world" and "cheap holiday" do not belong in the same sentence. I suggest you talk to a Travel Agent about packaged holiday trips.

You can visit san francisco. It is a beautiful city to visit on vacation with family or solo. Hotels are available here on cheap rates.

I will suggest you to visit London. It is such a vibrant city for travel with lots of wonderful attractions, museums, Beautiful Underground Tube Stations and most romantic weather.

There are many adventurous destinations in san francisco that kids will love like muir woods and redwood national park , biking on Golden Gate Bridge.
World's Best Holiday Spot would be a place where i get inner peace, time to relax, where i get beautiful scene and can enjoy with my family. Recently, we came back after vacation from Alabama, the place has beauty and peace.
