Error editing article

When trying to edit the article it gives an error while saving.

That one took me a bit to figure out

Apparently it appears you can't have the same heading twice in the same article. In this case, under the secondary heading By Plane, there were two more secondary headings: "Domestic" and "International". That in itself doesn't cause a problem, but then under the By Boat section, the same two headings again appeared, and that's what was throwing the error (I think actually the error comes from trying to create the table of contents).

The other reason for not keeping them second level headings is that the Table of Contents on the page would have ended up like this:

[-] Getting There
* By Plane
* International
* Domestic
* By Boat
* International
* Domestic

That doesn't really make much sense, so either there needs to be a deeper level of heading creating another 'open up link' [+], or the headings need to be done differently.

What I did was to make the Domestic and International bold text, rather than a heading. Really these should be a third level heading, but that doesn't work, so doing this was the next best solution. I actually also got rid of International and Domestic under By Boat as that seemed okay?

By the way, in my testing all this, I might have stolen some of your character credit. Sorry

Cheers Sam,
Should have chosen that bold text, like usual.
Characters...don't mind. Most of it was from the original Fiji article anyway.
Thanks
Mike
