I think the viable option for you is to travel by train. However as your travelling date is quite close now, I don't know if you'll still be able to get cheaper rate tickets.
I suppose 3 days in Paris is doable, although 4-5 would be better and you won't feel too rushed. There's a direct night train from Paris to Venice, leaving Paris-Bercy at 8.33pm. The journey will be close to 13 hours and you'll arrive the next morning in Venice. Currently the cheapest ticket price indicated on Voyages-SNCF is €117. 2 days sound reasonable for visiting Venice.
For Rome, 2 days is really quite short, and you can do with more time there, especially if this is your first trip. I've been to Rome several time now and still feel I haven't seen it all. If you can give it at least 3-4 days in Rome, all the better. Venice-Rome takes about 4.5 hours on the fast ES* train and near to 6 on the intercity (IC) train.
Rome to Florence is closer, just over 1.5 hours on the ES*, near to 3 hours on IC. 3 days in Florence sounds reasonable.
Pisa is a very small town, and you don't need 2 days there (as oppose to Rome which could really do with more time). I would suggest shifting 1 of the days allocated to Pisa to Rome instead. Train from Florence to Pisa takes just an hour or so. Start early, and you could travel straight from Pisa to Nice later in the same day. There's no direct train so you'll have at least 1-2 connection changes, depending on what time you take the train. Travel time between 5 to 7 hours, depending on connections. Be prepared to arrive (very) late in Nice if you do leave in the afternoon/evening from Pisa.
I've never been to Nice so I can't say if 1 day is enough. Nice to Toulon is quite straight forward, with travel time less than 2 hours on direct trains.

Sounds a bad plan to me 7 destinations in 14 days - you will be spending 7 days just traveling and another 7 days preparing to travel - each destination deserves at least two full days (ok perhaps not Pisa)
Rail is the best, but I would reschedule your itinerary - Rail Paris to Nice - then Venice - then Rome then fly to Marseilles - forget Pisa and Florence, make anpother trip when you are in Toulon - still sounds a silly plan tho in 2 weeks

If there's rejiggling to do and adding flight option, I would actually leave out Nice as that can be visited from Toulon with train quickly. And the new itinerary would look something like:
Paris to Venice (by night train) : 4 days in Paris, 2 days in Venice
Venice to Florence (by normal train) : 3 days in Florence
Florence to/fro Pisa (as a day trip) : 1 day in Pisa
Florence to Rome (by normal train) : 3-4 days in Rome
Rome to Marseille (by flight), then Marseille to Toulon (by normal train)
However, are there cheap flights to Marseille from Rome? I wouldn't think this is a popular flight route, and usually something like this means (a) service is limited and/or (b) it's going to be pricey.
It's a shame re the lack of time, because Rome to Toulon can be done (I think - not terribly familiar with the boat route and schedules etc) with travelling by boat from Civitavecchia (just outside and to the north of Rome) to Corsica, then another boat from Corsica to Toulon.

Ryanair, a budget airline flies from Beauvais (aka Paris Beauvais) to Venice, Pisa and Rome for not much money plus taxes. There is a cheap airport shuttle from Paris to Beauvais which you'll have to check up on.

Ryanair do many flights throughout Europe without adding on tax.
The Venice, Pisa and Rome Airports they fly to are quite a way from the cities.
It is advisable (but not compulsory) to check-in online with Ryanair, as sometimes (but not always) they charge extra if you don't.
The charge for checking in online varies from free, to £15.
There is no need to take copies of your booking confirmation, but as already mentioned, you 'Must' have your check-in boarding pass, or there is a big charge, that is nearly always more than the air fare.

Actually, the airport Ryanair uses for Pisa is excellent if anyone wants to go to Pisa and not Florence. You can walk from the airport to Pisa town centre in about 30-40 minutes, I'm not kidding.
However, I would think, if Paritia wants to try to fly out from Paris and using Ryanair, I would think going to Rome would make sense, and turn the travelling schedule upside down. In another word:
Paris - Rome - Florence (with Pisa as day trip) - Venice - Nice - Toulon
That could work too I think, although the train from Venice to Nice will not be direct and will require several changes. It's a shame Ryanair doesn't fly Venice-Treviso to Toulon. Otherwise would have been quite easy.
A couple of notes re using Paris-Beauvais airport:
- Bus fare, one way, is €13 from Porte Maillot to the airport
- They do check that you have only one hand luggage (no separate handbag ladies)
- They're strict that hand luggage must fit into the luggage dimension checker-frame thingy
- Their security machine is extra sensitive so nearly everyone get frisked, so the queue is looooong
- Which means please go to airport early to give yourself more time to go through security
(The scenarios at the airport have been observed in the last 3 times I flew via Paris-Beauvais, within the last 4 months)

AFAIK they changed that rule - I flew with Ryanair in October with hand luggage only and I got several mails from them telling me explicitely that I had to check in online.
Failure to check in online and show up with the printed boarding pass would result in being charged 40 EUR for issue of the boarding pass through ryanair staff.
