STA Travel complaint, where do you think I stand?

I ordered a round the world ticket and the agent booked my ticket and put me on the 'kiwi' experience which is a tour bus for New Zealand.

You need to be a bit clearer here - your first sentence says you booked a round-the-world ticket, and your second sentence talks about a flight from Christchurch to Auckland. Did you mean this, or is this the bus tour you're also referring to?

Which bus tour from Kiwi Experience has been booked for you? They (the routes) have different names.

I was sold a round the world ticket including New Zealand, the agent also sold me a kiwi experience bus pass.

I was sold and booked the ''funky chicken'' pass (kiwi experience) which says it starts anywhere and finishes where you started.

I am happy with the pass, but in the round the world ticket I have been booked, it starts in Christchurch and ends in Auckland, but surely he should had booked it to start and finish in the same place.

I just don't want to ring up and say this when I might not have a case

your opinion would be appreciated!

Ring up and ask to change it, no harm in giving them a ring. I would have thought they would change it if you explained.

Is it possible that your RTW ticket has you landing in Christchurch and then the flight you are saying is Auckland is in fact one that departs from Christchurch - Auckland - where ever else you are going in the one day and isn't an overland section at all? I know that sometimes the rtw ticket layout is very hard to follow with the lines. Most international flights depart from Auckland so unless Australia is where you are flying after New Zealand it would be highly likely that to get out of New Zealand you would need to fly via Auckland anyway.
