I googled 'walled village hong kong'. The wikapaedia site lists quite a number of different walled villages with brief desriptions around Hong Kong. I think you will have to decide on which one(s) you want to visit and go from there.

I have visited the walled village at Kam Tin - there is a photo on the above web - it is located on Kam Sheung Road
Its local name is Kat Hing Wai
