My dad and I are taking a very short 4 day trip to France in May to meet up with the Belgian Lotus club and have a driving tour round Ypres (can't wait!) but dad has a pacemaker and is on various pills for his heart (Warfarin I think, amongst others). He's 71 and my mother is being a tad paranoid about some travel insurance with good medical coverage. She's especially worried about him gettin ghome if something happens and they hook him up to a load of equipment and heart monitors (she ALWAYS thinks the worst!!!) Don't know if anyone has any recommendations for insurance companies here? I've done a search on the forums and had a poke around and I'm just about to start Googling, so if you know of any then drop me a line.
Google is my friend :D
For Info to anyone else who may be looking:

There's the free card. And with France probably having the best health service in the world, I'm sure your Dad will be well cared for if something happened.
I'm curious. When you're wearing your GB outfit, do you go dadaDAAdadaada dadadadadaada as you're running along?
The Proton Pack weighs 12lbs so after wearing it for a few hours we're more likely to be suffering from spinal compression than singing!!
