Which hostel?

Hi, I'm going to Australia next April flying into Sydney, and wondering which hostel to stay in when I get there?
I'm stuck between Wake Up and Sydney Central YHA. Has anyone stayed in one of these places before? What are the pros and cons?
I'm not bothered about partying or making a million new friends straight away. I just want somewhere to stay for a couple of nights before starting my OzIntro week.
Ideally I want somewhere clean, not too expensive and not a party hostel. So if anyone has any recommendations other than Wake Up or YHA then that would be good too
Thanks.

wake up

Have a nice trip there^^ I think it really a nice place and interesting to travell:D

I stayed at Sydney Central for a night because I needed a really early morning hour train to the airport. It was a very well equipped hostel, but massive, and you're left feeling totally anonymous. (Obviously this becomes less once you get to know people, which can be hastened by going on any of their organized activities, but since I was there just for the one night, and already knew Sydney really well anyway...)
I suspect Wake Up! next door basically has the same problem.

My favorite hostel in Sydney, which I recommend (and return to myself) every time is the . It's a bit out of the CBD (though close enough to not be a bother, with busses going regularly, and the distance even being walkable), but is a much smaller and more low key hostel, with an awesome rooftop terrace, very friendly atmosphere, and having the benefit of being located in Glebe, the best of all of Sydney's suburbs, with its road lined with quirky little bakeries, cafes, used bookstores, etc.

Thanks for the advice!
I'll look into the hostel in Glebe. Got a while til I go so plenty of time to decide
