MA in Cultural Management in HK or BK ??

Hi,
I am interested in taking Master of Arts degree in Cultural Management next year, in either Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok (http://www.macm.grad.chula.ac.th/web/html/index.php), taught entirely in english or in the Chinese University of Hong Kong
(http://www.crs.cuhk.edu.hk/en/programme_detail.php?parent_id=3), taught mainly in english. The price in HK is 10.350 USD and is one year full time or two years part time, the price in BK is 14.570 USD for three semesters full time. My family will be going with me, husband and two little daughters (not in school yet). I´ve been to Bangkok three times before but always just for few days each time so that is completely different. Does someone have any idea which program (school) would be better? They look very similar and the schools are both supposed to be good, although I know CHUK is higher ranked. I know Bangkok is cheaper to live in, but the art life is stronger in Hong Kong, and then I am confused what would be best for my children, weather, pollution, housing etc. Can anyone give me tips or thoughts about this subject? Thanks

Interesting when people said art life is stronger in HK :-), most of us only know business life is much much stronger in HK.

I don't think you would choose wrong, both schools are the top 10 schools in Asia, if I am not wrong, one is 2nd and one is 5th.

My personal opinion would be CHUK should be a better choice, tougher for you though :-). You are going for Cultural Management. For those of us who had worked with Thai, we know exactly how different the cultural aspect of everything they work/live for, thus, making it more complex to manage. Living a life there, will get you some pictures/idea of One Unique Cultural place that no other in the world is similar too. Moreover, you will see the pride people who school in CHUK takes with their school, they have no doubt they are in the best hand.
Hk would be easy blend, people are professional, even in the market. The school is better, but in term of living, not much to be learn.

Both places are equally polluted:-)! You probably can better housing a little bit off the west side of Bangkok, The Korean residence area, I forgot what is the name.
