Looking for the most cost effective way...
I think that that Munich - plane - Praga - train - Krakow - Train - Warsaw - train - Berlin - plane - Brussels - plane or train - Amsterdam
How many days do you have to travel, with for an example an interrail pass it could be cost efficient but it does depend on your journey length timewise ....
i recently did a five day train journey in a ten day period and as it was xmas season it was the most cost effective.....
a bus could be a cheaper option between some of the cities but it does come back to time again....
