Hello everyone,I have been reading this site and I found it very useful and intresting.Now,I´ve a big problem and I could find noway to sort it out. I `m so helpless.So, please help me.
I´m Nepalese boy of 19.I came in London as a student but the college I was admitted there was a faulty. (As you all know the economy crisis goin there) It was goin to shut down as it was rated in Blacklist. Not only that no job for 6 months,I couldnot afford for my college and food and rents.I was having much more problems.I didnt know much more about rules and laws. As many of the students were leaving the country,I thought i would do the same as nobody was there to help me.
I´had heard that one wit schengen visa can apply for language studying in France in university. So after 6 months,I came to france in April. I had my sister there and my brother in law(french citizen) was agreed to help me by letting me stay with them. I applied for university and they accepted my application;said it is possible for me to join university. After I applied,there was a summer holiday and every school were closed for 3 months. At that interval my visa had expired but the university had alredy given me a kind of paper like (this person had applied for uni but it´s not the residency permit). I was hopeful that everything would be ok but no.I went to university to learn also for 5 days but then again the university told that my visa has been refused due to 10 days the expiry. All they could say was sorry.It was already 5 months I stayed there and I was hoping for the university but at the last how can they tell me so? I had no option what to do. It was problem for me againt me that my family didn´t let me stay there so I came to Germany. Now,it´s 1 month I´m here. But I dont know what to do.I cant go back to London and start my study also.But I´ve still got 6 months student visa of England. And I don´t want to go back to my country without achieving anything. All my this year had been in vain in Europe.Now.this means I´m illegal? Now,what can be done? Please help me.
Is there no one to help me out???
Your situation is WAY too complicated for anyone to help you on an Internet forum. You need proper legal help.
