Most will be in Pahraganj which is the main tourist point near New Delhi station. There might be something going on at Connaught Place too which is walking distance from Pahraganj. Do you have a place to stay in Delhi?
I have a friend in Delhi. A really nice young guy that speaks very good English. might be a bit weird hooking you up with him, as this is a pretty obscure association. But I know he'd probably enjoy showing someone around and welcoming them to the city. message me if you are interested and I can give you his details on FB and you can look him up from there.
