You can take a train form Salzburg to Zurich. it takes about 2-3 days.

There is an OEBB train that does that journey, tickets can be from 49 euro +, going into the 100s....it depends when you want to travel.....
without changes it takes just over five hours, with changes it can take near 12 hours....
