I am a female traveler going alone from Peru to Bolivia to volunteer at an animal sanctuary. Have any women here done this trip alone?
How was it and what were your biggest challenges?
Is it better to take buses from Cuzco to Bolivia or is it safer to just fly straight into Santa Cruz? The only flight I found arrives at 9:45pm. How safe is that? Any and all tips would be apprecieated. I have already mapped out all the hostals from Peru to Bolivia but It would be nice to hear your experience as well.
