Accommodation Advice for Cheyenne in July

sparky2009 has indicated that this thread is about Wyoming

Stay in the state of Colorado, either in Fort Collins or Greeley areas off Interstate 25. It is about an hour's drive to Cheyenne, but should be quite cheaper for accommodations.

Best of luck.

Luckily we got reasonable accomm in one of the Holiday Inn (considering the festival) and am now having trouble getting there. Greyhound say they don't run buses to CHeyenne for the dates i'm requesting and i can't even find an airline that flies in to CYS.

Any Help is appreciated,

Rgds

Hi - Frontier Days are a real blast , seems like most of CO heads that way in July/Aug . Flying in to Denver is the closest large airport - perhaps rent a car w/ unlimited mileage since you will be so close to the Snowy Range & the Medicine Bow Mtns - Pawnee National Grasslands offers aglimpse of what the Natives saw - no bldgs , or telephone poles just real wide open Plains . Anyway , Cheyenne is about 2 hours frm DIA and 1 & 1/2 hours frm downtown Denver .

Thanks heyyo01, much appreciated
