hi there, you did not say what nationality you were but if you are british then go to the embassy there and apply for a residence visa, you normally need one if you are stayin glonger than 5 months, once you get this you pay a renewal fee to the local police community.
to rent a villa/compound is really cheap but you have to committ to at least one year, from £500 per year up £2000.00,
school fees, private school upto £300 a year.
I have a charity there, and will be happy to give you more info if you narrow it down to the basic, ie what age are the children, gladly recommend schools, but most visits expats use the international schools like american school, french lysee
