Templates: Can we use our own rather than having to select?

I thought I saw a few TP blogs with customized templates, I don't see an option to add a customized template, let alone figure out which format the system will accept for example Wordpress templates are different than tumblr or posterous.

You have complete freedom with styling your blog, as you can directly edit the CSS of each template (which are completely independent of other blog system templates, so unfortunately there's no reusing templates from other places).
On the template tab of your blog management area, pick a template that's closest to what you want, change to it, and then in the right column pick the "customize this template" option, which will take you to a large area with all CSS. (You could even throw it all out and start from scratch in there.)

If CSS isn't your strong suit and you just want to make a few changes from one of the templates, we're also more than happy to direct you on how to do that. Also see examples of this: , , and . (Note that not all of these instructions might still be relevant, as things have changed over the years; but it should give you some idea of what kind of things are possible without needing to start from scratch.)

Back in the day I wrote to changing your Travellerspoint template... which reminds me, the Travellerspoint's blog's template REALLY needs an update!!
