I´ve arranged my volunteering project with an outfit in Cochabamba called -snip-, and they are doing a trip to the Carnival in Oruro.
CANT´T WAIT !!!

I see that you are going to Oruro for Carnaval this year. I am in Peru at the moment with my boyfriend and we had heard great things about Oruro Carnaval. We havent decided where we will go yet. Why did you decide to go to Oruro? Any other recommendations to spend Carnaval?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
