Im pretty sure there should be plenty of jobs in todays globalized world. Especially in IT. Also have a look at tourist jobs although a bit native language will always help. People dont mind you only speak english but will really appreciate if you try to speak their language especially if you work there.
I would expect you will need a visa. Are you British? Outside the European zone?
I see you are Australian! nevermind. You should get Visas first. I think you can 2 year visas?
Not sure.
Jobs are not easy to find as unemployment levels are high in Spain especially.
