myself and my girlfriend (both 23) have just booked our flights for our 1 year career break starting this oct. we are flying to Thailand and will be there for 15 days before heading on to Melbourne where we hope to find work and maybe after a while an apartment rather than stay in hostels the whole time. we do want to see the rest of oz and hopefully this will b possible in between jobs. we will have money to do us so that the 1st few months are comfortable if we don't find work straight away but we just wanted some information on how easy/hard it is to find work and would be grateful if fellow backpackers both home and down under could share some of there own experiences so we have an idea of what to expect when we get out there
