I see nobody offered any suggestions. For a good reason. Land travel in that part of Cam. is difficult. Air options from REP are expensive. Which leaves options that are not very good. The cheapest way I could find is for you to get back to HCMC. Take the bus SR-HCM. Then you do have some decent options. Both and offer pretty cheap flights to DaNang. Easy bus ride to Hoi An. Good luck with your planning.
