Hi all, im flying into Bangkok on 27th June for a holiday with my boyfriend for 6 weeks. I would like to travel around Thailand and Laos but im not really sure how we should go about it!
We are thinking of spending a couple of nights in Bangkok, then take a sleeper train to do some trekking and sight-seeing in Northern Thailand for a few days. Then, perhaps take the slow boat to Luang Phabang and travel down to Vang Viang and Vientiane. I would like to finish the holiday by flying back to Bangkok and then down to Koh Samui, Phi Phi and the other islands.....
I know this is a really basic plan so im hopin someone will have some advice on how to get the most out of the 6 weeks! Thanks
