Hi everyone- myself and my partner are both teachers. I'm 29 and have been teaching for 6 years and my partner is 27 and has been teaching for 5 years. We have both decided we need a career break and plan to work for one more year before leaving our jobs in July 2012. We have decided to fulfill our dream of travelling round the world for 8-9 months from September 2012 to May 2013. We have never done anything like this before but feel we need to do this before it's too late. We were wondering in 8-9 months where people would recommend to go to at that time of the year and any tips and advice you could give we would really appreciate. Having read many threads on here you have inspired us to go for it with your stories and adventures. Any help or advice for 2 novice travellers would be great. We are not leaving for another year but are very excited to start planning and organising
