Hello I wonder if you can help..I booked a holiday to New York for 2014 and have already applied for an esta which I have been approved for.... but since then I have been summoned to court where I may be convicted of benefit fraud please don't judge me I made a stupid mistake and have been paying for it ever since
Will I be able to travel to the us...should I declare it? Any information would be much appreciated...
I also want to know, is there any company can help us arrange these problems? like travel line, hotel and transportation problems
