Hi Steve, yes you can report any private message as spam. See the "Report as SPAM" link at the bottom.
I suspect the message you received is the same one I received from "sweetyluv" I just banned this account and all the messages have a spam flag on them. We do have some throttles on how many messages new members can send, but this particular account was created back in June already, so the limits were a bit higher meaning she got a few more messages out to people than normally happens in these cases.

When you have the message open, it should be right at the bottom of the page. It's not needed all that frequently, so it's kind of tucked away down the bottom.

I never open garbage if I can avoid it so missed that on the bottom. It's in the Trash can now anyway. Presumably you guys empty trash periodically.
