I have booked 2 nights at the Gfour Holiday Hotel in Harbin, I booked through a booking site but now I want to contact the hotel and let them know I will be arriving late at night. I can't find their website or email address anywhere. Does anyone know how I can contact the hotel directly?
Hi Petalm, usually this information would be provided on the confirmation page / email you get from the booking site. I'd check there and if that doesn't work, contact the booking site to get them to get in touch.

Thanks but I already did that and they couldn't help me. The booking confirmation lists the hotel phone number and street address but as I am still overseas it doesn't help.
Sometimes a phone number is all you'll have access to. Use something like Skype to ring them if you're worried about the costs.

Thanks I actually canceled the order as I heard so many bad things about the place since booking. So I'm open to any suggestions about hotels. I can't affrd Sofitel and Shangra-La so any other suggestions close to the center? Is the Ibis terrible?
