With this Visa, would I be able to work one month at a time at different times so I can fit the F1 race in? say,, 1 month in Cairns, 1 month in Sydney and month elsewhere to qualify?
Sure, as long as you can find an employer that only wants to hire a new worker for a month. Saying that, possibly you were referring to one month of WWOOFing? And in that case, yes, many WWOOFing jobs don't last longer than that.

Very true, although this will depend on where you are and when. Depending on when you leave Cairns, you might completely miss the wet season.
I want to go to the Ayers rock but that's very hot I heard and kinda out the way of the route I want to take..?
Uluru is not nearby unfortunately. For some context, check the map – Uluru is near where Alice Springs is and Brisbane to Melbourne is more than 300km further than Land's End to John o' Groats.
- best way to travel? I think either train or bus? Which is the best/cost effective?
Bus is likely to be cheaper but train is a little quicker.

This sounds a little like my plans...
I fly from Heathrow to Cairns on 6th October and arrive on the 8th. Im looking to stay and travel around there for awhile, going to the reef etc.. then travelling down the coast in maybe a camper van. Im staying in Sydney for xmas and new year then maybe look for a job and an apartment if possible. If I were you I would book your xmas and new yeat hostel as they go pretty quick. Im looking to take 4500-5000 but with my WHV I want to try fruit picking or bar work maybe.

Great to hear about the WOOFing, I think i'd much prefer to work for one month in a location and then see that area for a few weeks and then another month somewhere else... thanks again

Hello , yeh very similar indeed, I'm also looking to go Sydney for NYE. Yes, I've had enough of the boring 9-5 office work and want to do something in the outdoors, fruit picking doesn't sound that bad! Nice to see someone with same plans, and I'm not too unrealistic in that route ha
Try having a read on some of the other forums there's quite a lot of people who tend to be doing similar things and maybe you might find onr that appeals to you most..if not youre welcome to always message or ask questions ill try help if I can
