Maybe looking to go NZ on a whv sometime next yr, was jus wondering wat the average wage per week/month I would be looking at?
ie.ski resort/bar work/labouring ?
Jus so I can compare against cost of accom.etc.

The minimum wage in NZ is NZD14.25 per hour (NZD570 for a forty hour week) - that'll be the rate for bar work and labouring. The cost of accommodation depends on where you live - Auckland is expensive compared to other places.

Also , jus wondering how much money people would take with them if they was going for 23months and planning to work to fund there travels? Would you jus take some start up money?, and if so,how much?or would u take more and jus work if you had to?
Tbh i jus would like a rough guide really by people who have experienced this before?
