Soon I will start a long trip from Canada to the southeast tip of Argentina. I am going to cross the Americas on the road using the cheapest ways to move and to stay. DO you have any good suggests for me?

Are you referring to the Pan American Highway from Alaska to Argentina? Just Google it, there's endless blogs, etc. from people who've done that route. It's not difficult to find lots of bus options.

How about the length on the Pan American Highway? You will have zero transport costs! Sleep in your tent plus couchsurfing and you reduce your accommodation costs to almost zero as well. About as cheap as it can get.
