I'm not sure if I understand your post but you can't do Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland in 9 - 10 days. That's insane.
Calm down and start your research. You have LOTS of time to plan a short 9 - 10 day trip somewhere in Europe, especially a loooong 2 months from now.

I know it looks insane. Its my sister's idea. If it was just me i will do just italy.
It doesn't "look" insane. It is insane. 4 countries in 9 - 10 days... about 2 days per country including the travel time between them? That makes no sense whatsoever.

I'd use Terry's rhetoric as leverage to persuade your sister to adopt your plan of just Italy. :-)
However, you wanted cheap and all those western European destinations are expensive.
Personally I'd try to see Rome, Venice, and Florence/Pisa in that amount of time, but I travel faster than average and get bored by museums quickly.
You've not said in detail but it sounds as though you're young and want to be on an organised tour but can't, so what do you actually want to see and do? Nightlife, history, architecture, hiking, what? Or is it just be away from home somewhere new? It's hard to be asked to provide a full schedule when you don't know what the person wants.
