molika_29......i dont really think its appropriate that you have chosen to study business at uni and yet expect other people answer your BAS final essay question????? how about you sit down read the text and then write your own like everyone else has had to do! atleast that way when you fail you will know that it was on your own merit and not that it was because the answer you scamed off of some discussion board wasnt quite what the lecturers were looking for!

Guess those "discussions" involving at least two models as well as their strengths and weaknesses won't be coming from here. Your friend/classmate/professor is correct. We won't be doing your work for you.
If this question gets a scholarly reply, I'll be shopping for a Ph.d program.
