Hi everyone. I need some help and hopefully this is the right place to find it. I've booked a flight with Air France from the UK to Paris in June and have just noticed that my name on the online reservation is missing one letter . I can't believe this really as I am usually so careful with stuff like this. However it can't be helped now.
Wouldn't it be better if you could just contact them through phone and get things cleared up?
It is possible that no one will notice - they often don't look very closely at the tickets. However, the safest course of action would be to get it changed. Instead of an email, I'd call AF or go to one of their offices. Office locations can be found .
You may or may not be charged, depending on the type of ticket and who you speak to. Not much you can do about that, sadly.
