Red shirts blocking the airport again?

Hey all,

Apparently not, its a lot of bad press but thats normal., its not half as bad as they make out, its just inconvenience if you get in the BKK traffic.

The Reds would have to block the airport a first time, in order to block it again. It was the Yellows that were allowed to have their way with Bangkok a couple years ago.

As far as "stranded in Paradise" is concerned, without knowing when it will be resolved, it's a bit stressful, trying to work up a flight back home.

Ah thats right it was the yellows, my mistake. I could see how it would be a bit stressful but at least one of the people interviewed seemed to think they were doing that just to inconvenience them!

if you worry about things like this then book with British Airways - you probably won't even get to Bangkok to begin with

Haha true true, i've got a flight into Bangkok on the 6th April should be interesting.

Last report i saw showed the demonstrators have poured blood onto the gates of government house! Methinks they mean business

As of this this morning, reports are out that there are only 15,000 protesters left in Bangkok. At the moment they are only protesting at the PM's house. Nothing too 'exciting'. Besides traffic congestion at one area of Sukhumvit Road, there is nothing lese to report. But does look like the protests are coming to the end as the number of protesters have dwindled quickly. No way the airport is going to be affected!

I saw pictures of the protesters pouring bottles of blood on the street. That looked dam scary...
