This is the number I found for Seaside (086) 940 3410, although I'm not sure how up-to-date it is, but you could give it a try.
I don't think you'll have much luck with getting a job, though. I think it's pretty much a family run and operated business.
They did used to have pool competitions every Friday night though, a couple of years ago, and these were organised by a German guy, so there could maybe be the possibility of talking to them about starting the pool competitions up again.
I also know The Outback bar in Haad Rin used to have pool competitions as well. The guy who organised them only got a few hundred Baht though, so it wouldn't really be enough to live on.
Whatever work you get in Haad Rin though you pretty much have to accept that the wages are going to be very low. Just as an illustration, there was a Swedish girl working at Cactus Bar a couple of months ago and she only got 200 Baht per night.

If i could get my own internet(fast) there, then money is not the broblem anymore, but in island its pretty hard i guess?
There's a few places that have free wifi in Haad Rin (as long as you buy some food or a drink) and the speed is pretty quick for an island.
Dream Cones, D's Books and The Outback Bar are the ones I used when I was there. D's Books is probably the quickest (up to 300Kb/s) but Dreams Cones is the most reliable. The wifi at D's Books would occasionally go off when I was there, but the wifi at Dream Cones was very reliable. The Outback Bar's wifi was also a bit hitty-missy, but I think it's just changed owners, so maybe the new owners will keep more of an eye on it.
I also noticed that the internet speeds were quickest in the morning, and then gradually got slower as the day went on.
Or if you needed wifi 24 hours per day then I noticed a couple of signs up where you could pay for a month's wifi. Pretty expensive though (I think about £40).
