My husband and I are planning our trip to Europe and are having a hard time deciding on destinations, timelines, and transportation.
Monaco is next to Nice, so you need to change the order ( about 5kms). Make sense! As for Hungary and Czech Republic, I wouldnt miss these two places for the life of me. Prague and Budapest are fantastic places and certainly cheaper than any western europe countries. You have the time to do it and I would pounce on that. As for doing things advance, obviously its summer and is best to do to get a cheaper price. As for trains, in Budapest and Prague, its cheaper to buy at station unless you find something on net that you cant say no to ( say 29 euros per direction).
As for shoes, just wear runners (nike or reebok). simple enough.
Also, one day in Monaco is all you need unless you are rich. A day trip from Nice is sufficient.
