You might check the here on TP. There are trains between Lima and Huancayo, and Cuzco and a few other places. But not from Cuzco to Lima, unless things have majorly changed by now..
No train from Lima to Cuzco. As utrecht said to Huancay yes. Than take a bus from huancayo to lima. Beautiful scenery, not touristic
