The distance between LCC-T and KLIA is about 20km. As you exit , ask info counter at LCC-T on this.LCCT is connected with the KLIA Main Terminal Building with a green-coded NadiKLIA bus ( RM1.20)
KLIA is a very modern airport, and has food outlets and facilities to freshen up, showers, etc. Ask info counter for directions. The staff speak English!

Air Asia - low cost airlines will land at LCCT ( Low cost airport terminal) . LCCT is connected to KLIA by bus and taxi.
Your mom can freshen up in KLIA 's washrooms. Many many restaurants to eat and relax. Or she can book herself in Pan Pacific Hotel KLIA. Tel no : 87873333. website : www.panpacific.com/KLairport/overview.html for short nap.
Please check with hotel on few hours stay. All staff at LCCT and KLIA speaks English and has information counter where staff are ready to help. Malaysians are very very friendly people.

there are shuttle buses travelling between KLIA and LCCT.
frequency ~15-20mins
the bus rides cost RM 1.50 per way per person.

OR
u can take a taxi from LCCT to KLIA main terminal building -
pay no more than RM 25.
the bus is really convenient, and u can easily find the bus berth by asking or reading the signages (in multiple languages).
HOWEVER for two 60+ yr old women with luggage, it might be a little cumbersome, so consider taking the more comfortable option instead. it's RM 25, easily affordable, really.

My 68years old mom and her lady friend will travel to Shanghai on late nite flight in May. She will be arriving from Singapore via Air Asia at LCCT. Her connecting will be Malaysia Airlines in KLIA. My worry was her arrival at LCCT approximately at 8pm, how do she go to KLIA and is there any place for her to refresh her self during her wait for about 4hrs.? She must be very tired since that she will be out from home at 5pm.
You can ask the airport people for assistance. They are usually pretty nice. And there is always coffee shop and launges in the airport.
