One month for all of "FR, Italy, Eng, Ire, Spa, Gibr" ? That is a crazy trip! In 4 weeks you will be reasonably be able to cover 1 country and 1 big city in another country or 2 smaller countries.
So you can cover Italy and Paris, but you will be hard pressed to cover Spain and France.
I strongly suggest you rethink your travel plans, currently you got 6 countries listed. 4 weeks are 28 days, this means you have 4-5 days per country! Impossible, you need that much time for the capitals alone!
So either you only cover the capitals and miss out on 95 % of a country or you focus on 2 countries max. If you go France, Andorra, Spain and Gibraltar you might be able to cover 4 countries, but then you would be really pushing it.
As a youth (20 yrs), what is most economic train travel?
Eurail pass or Interrail pass is generally a good idea, but should always be compared with point-to-point tickets.
I would spend 2 weeks in England then get a cheap flight to Italy or Spain for the other two weeks.
For accommodation you could try hostelworld though there are many sites, some better like lowcostholidays (use the Hotel Only option) for cheap accommodation. You can pick a main place like London, Rome or a coastal town on southern Spain and have days out to various places on buses, coaches and trains.
