there is no pop up window?? i can't even find how to instructions to do anything really with my blog, so unfortunate... can anyone help?

I've found the FAQ but there's no IMG button anywhere to add photos??
There's been a bug in there the past few hours unfortunately. Can you try again? It should work now. It's a little photo icon in the toolbar that you have to click on.
